"We could not say enough about how much Alex meant to our family in the early days of coming home with our new baby. Our daughter had a tough start in life and spent the first 3 weeks in hospital. We came home and were able to have Alex stay over a month long period, which was such a relief after a stressful time. She was so calm, caring and fit right in with our family. She provided invaluable support and advice in those first weeks and no doubt, we would have much more nervous with our little one without her... and needless to say more sleep deprived. She also helped us find someone locally once she had to leave who could help with the odd nights moving forward She has stayed in touch since and always such a pleasure to see her and catch up.
